The effective design and management of these processes is of critical importance to all organisations, public or private, large or small, manufacturing or service-based</p><p>This unit comprises: the transformation process model of operations; a video case study illustrating the importance of effective operations management; and guidance on making a business case for the improvement of an operation.</p>
