Richard started his current role at The Open University, as a Staff Tutor and Lecturer in History. Previously he was a Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and before that&nbsp;held various teaching, research and management positions at Cardiff University, the University of South Wales, Cardiff Met and the OU. The most enjoyable parts of his career have been spent working with adult learners, and that’s why he&nbsp;decided to come back to the OU after some years away.
