Ben Oakley led the development of sport and fitness at The Open University and is now Head of Department of Childhood, Youth and Sport.&nbsp;In&nbsp;2014 he&nbsp;published&nbsp;- &nbsp;Podium: What shapes a sporting champion? http://www.bloomsbury.com/uk/podium-9781472902160/&nbsp;whilst in 2015 he is working as academic adviser for a series on Channel 4 exploring the small margins of sporting success to be screened&nbsp;in the Autumn.
