<p><em>La Brebis</em> caused a great scandal among the season-ticket subscribers during the first act. Police intervened, performance stopped. Wolff yelled at the audience; then, by the end of the second act, we 'had' them. Carré is going to publish the press criticisms of <em>Pelléas</em>. He is very good, but the Isola brothers are terrified. </p>
